Additionally, I provided training and documentation to guide the teams on how to effectively utilize the ticker builder. This ensured that even individuals without programming experience could easily use the tool.

The result of implementing the ticker builder was a user-friendly solution, particularly for those without programming knowledge. The tool enabled users to effortlessly copy and paste the generated code into the content management system, specifically SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud). This streamlined the process and significantly saved time for the content and marketing teams.
