QIXI Campaign
The purpose of doing the QIXI campaign is to promote the QIXI festival and offer special promotions to customers, while also introducing new features to enhance the user experience. One of these features is the new wish list function, which allows customers to create a wish list and automatically add items to it. This wish list can then be shared with friends and family through email, making it easy for customers to share their preferences and ideas for gifts. Additionally, the homepage has been redesigned to create a more immersive and engaging experience for customers, highlighting the QIXI festival and its significance.

01My Role
As the person responsible for UAT in the QIXI campaign, I also create a wish list usage report. I ensure that new features like the wish list function and homepage redesign function correctly and provide a positive user experience. The wish list usage report provides insights into customer preferences and behavior, helping us optimize the wish list function and the user experience.


02Result
The wish list function introduced as part of the QIXI campaign was a huge success, contributing significantly to user engagement. The ability to create and share wish lists with friends and family proved to be a popular feature among customers, driving increased engagement and interaction with the website. The wish list usage report showed that customers were using the function frequently and adding a significant number of items to their wish lists. As a result, we have decided to continue using the wish list function for future campaigns and promotions, recognizing its value in enhancing the user experience and driving engagement.
