Xmas Campaign
The purpose of the Xmas campaign is to promote the holiday season and provide customers with special promotions and offers. In addition to this, the campaign introduces new features to enhance the user experience. One such feature is the countdown function, which creates a sense of urgency among customers and encourages them to take advantage of the promotions within the given time frame. This function is designed to drive more sales online and increase customer engagement during the holiday season. Furthermore, the campaign involves redesigning the homepage, product detail pages (PDPs), and landing pages to create a festive and enjoyable shopping experience for customers. Despite the tight deadline, our team is committed to delivering a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers during the holiday season.

01My Role
As the person responsible for developing new pages and functions and handling day-to-day operations during my manager's maternity leave, my role is critical to the success of the Xmas campaign. I will be responsible for designing and implementing new pages and features, ensuring that they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the overall campaign objectives. Additionally, I will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including coordinating with the development team, communicating with stakeholders, and tracking progress against key milestones. With my manager on maternity leave, I will need to be proactive and independent, while also collaborating closely with the wider team to ensure that the campaign is delivered on time and to a high standard.


02Result
The Xmas campaign was a significant success, with the introduction of new pages, layout, and functions contributing to an uplift in revenue. This represented a major change to the site, with the redesign providing a fresh and engaging experience for customers.
